My client is an international production company who operates in the packaging sector. In order to further develop the company and strengthen the international team, I am looking for an Account Manager in the Benelux region: Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Sales Representative – Benelux


What you’ll do:

  • Place of employment – German head office of the company
  • Develop new business in the Benelux region
  • Develop/expand relations with current Customers
  • Prepare commercial offers and participate in tenders
  • Negotiate suitable sales agreements
  • Monitor and analyse the packaging sector and competitors in your territory
  • Prepare sales reports, prices and revenue analysis
  • Participate in promotions (whilst cooperating with Marketing colleagues)
  • Manage customer relations towards customer satisfaction

 What you’ll need:

  • Dutch – native, German – fluent, English – fluent
  • At least a Bachelor degree
  • At least 3 years in a challenging sales position
  • Knowledge of the packaging market
  • Experience in working together with international Customers in the field of selling packaging products
  • Willingness to travel frequently (possess a driver’s licence)
  • Have excellent communication and networking skills
  • Possess a result oriented attitude (‘winner mentality’)
  • Be quality driven
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Well organized with the ability to work independent as well as in a team
  • Your direct report: Key Account manager, based in Germany
